Ladies Monday Morning Bible Study

Join us as we study twenty-six of the most prominent names and titles of God. Each week will offer a deeper knowledge and understanding of God through scripture, Godly reflection, and prayer.

Monday mornings at 10:30am.

The Ladies Bible Study will be meeting at Valerie Miller’s home during the month of March.

7th Annual Princess Ball

All young ladies in grades 6-12 are invited to join us for an evening of elegance and fun on Saturday, April 17th.                           

Arrival: 5:00pm

Grand March: 5:30pm  *Family and friends are welcome to attend the Grand March!

Ladies’ WM Sunday Breakfast

Ladies of all ages are invited to join us on Sunday, February 28th for the Ladies’ WM Sunday Breakfast at 9:30am (during Sunday School). We will be meeting in the Chalet.

This will be a time to find out what is happing in 2010 and hear an inspirational message.

Remember…nursery is provided and we have Sunday School classes for all ages!

Valentine’s Day Dinner

You are cordially invited to join us for a fun-filled evening of fellowship, laughter, and maybe even a little romance!

We will be holding our festivities at Ron & Judy’s Restaurant on Friday, February 12th, with social hour beginning at 6:00pm, and dinner being served at 7:00.

Cost for each couple is $35, due no later that February 7th.

Women’s Ministries Christmas Party

All ladies are invited to the WM’s Christmas Party on Tuesday, December 15th at 6:30pm.

It will be a great night of entertainment, games, prizes, and more!

Bring an appetizer or your favorite Christmas goodies to share.  Soup, breadsticks, punch, and coffee will be served.

Wear green and red, put tinsel in your hair and bells on your shoes! A prize will be given to the lady with the most festive Christmas flair.  Be creative and have fun.

2009 Secret Sisters will be revealed an new ones will be drawn for 2010! If you do not have a Secret Sister, please bring a gift to exchange.

New Adult Wednesday Evening Class – GOD PROVIDES

God Provides – 

Throughout history, people have wrestled with the concept of trusting God to meet their needs versus relying on their own efforts, other people, money, or other things society has to offer.

Thankfully, through stirring accounts and parables found in the Bible, God reveals how He wants to be our Provider above anything else.

These relevant stories present us wisdom, truth, encouragement and practical steps we can take to develop and deepen a relationship of trust with the God of the universe.

New Wednesday Evening Bible Study

Be sure to join us for the Adult Class on Wednesday Evenings in October for a new DVD series from Erwin McManus, best selling author of Uprising and the Barbarian Way.  The class will be a combination of a DVD session and group discussion.

One of the following topics will be discussed each night:

advance  Go Unless You Get a No  – Much of our religious language has been focused on the “don’ts” rather than the “do’s”. In the same way we act as if the primary word from God is “stop” when it is actually “go”. Opportunities are lost because many times when we think we are waiting on God, He is waiting on us.

impact  Leave a Mark  – Impact - a forcible contact between two or more things. This is an accurate description of how men and women are used by God to shape the course of human history. Whenever God is doing a new thing, He does it through people. But, we can often feel alone. We may feel alone around others, but we’re never alone when it comes to God.

choices  Choose To Live  – The most spiritual activity you will engage in today is making choices. Our choices either move us toward God and all the fulfillment that comes in Him or steer us away from Him to a life of shame and fear.

dreams  Seize Your Divine Moments  – We all have dreams. Why do some people realize their dreams and advance forward while others  watch timidly fro a distance and hope for a break? There is a direct relationship between passion and initiative. But what about making sure that the things we do, and the dreams we dream, are truly God’s will? The reality is – when we are passionate about God, we can trust our passions.

Our Wednesday Evening Activities begin at 7:00pm; the Adult Class meets in the Sanctuary.

WM’s Decorating Christmas Stockings
